Comment: Survey: 1 in 5 Boulder HS students drank before 13 Sun, 13 Apr 2008 03:39:59 GMT I don't think that most kids that age have permission from their parents to drink. The most likely scenario is that they stole the alcohol from either their parents or another of age family member. Maybe parents can do their kids a favor and plant a bottle of booze laced with a few drops of syrup of ipecac to show their kids that drinking isn't that much fun.
Comment: Boston College wins title Sun, 13 Apr 2008 03:37:31 GMT "although some would argue that Lawson made no kicking motion and simply got a lucky bounce off his skate." The whole world would argue this becasue it is true. The only person in the world who thought this wasn't a goal was this stupid video judge. Even the referee was arguing with him for crying out loud... Awful call.

Comment: 4,000 won't have died in vain, Bush says Sun, 13 Apr 2008 03:11:42 GMT Sorry you are full of self loathing , but that is a personal issue and not to be laid off on others or used as a guilt trip tool. So sorry you feel that way many who have been in your shoes feel completely differently about their service than you do an knowing you you would never say your experience is more valid than yours. And I gave you your history point in an attempt at an actual solution to current situations as they exist today. I said all religions are equally guilty of violence and greed and guess what all the sins the humans are capable of hence the we are all sinners and have come short of the glory of God. So bringing up a point over and over that has been conceded is rude and counterproductive. I was also thinking of the saying those who will not stand for something usually stand for nothing. So if you do not get involved and pick a side in something as critical as the fate of our country , then what do you deem worth taking a stand on. If your response it nothing en your arguments are irrelevant as you are unwilling to even support let alone make the sacrifice necessary for taking stand. We all take stands both moral and ethical every day. So this new Pablum producing , politically correct , idiocy where we try to be all to all and please all is doing nothing and accomplishing nothing. Look at the UN and the European Unions use of the Liberals philosophy of negotiate and others will respond. they have offered a plethora of inducements and appeasements and ( as I said in the middle east they respect power and detest weakness and negotiations ) in return have received nothing but contempt from the government of Iran. In fact they just announced new centrifuges , if you believe their words would give them enough materials to have one nuke in a year. They have also increased their missile testing in the van of North Korea and are close to achieving missiles hat will be able to accurately hit all of Europe and are trying to get intercontinental capability. This is the answer to the Liberals hand in friendship. When will the left wake up and realize they do not want to negotiate and every attempt to appease with land or anything else has been met with contempt and more suicide bombers. They attack and then some Liberals says stop the madness lets talk. we do they get a few things they asked for and they go right back to terror redoubling their efforts to get an even bigger piece of the pie in the futre. Look at Hezbollah. After they started the last war with Israel , they played like they were the victims , and did nothing since th end of hosilitites and since have bragged they re fully rearmed and are now thretening Israel with war again that they openly say they will start. Please do not try to tell me that the global efforts so far with Iran have produced anything but failure. I have brought this up , oh I don't know maybe because Iran with a nuke or more is the most pressing situation on the planet and quite probably the starts of WWIII. Gee even that Bible that some of you ridicule as a book and nothing more says that is where the last great battle will be fought. The book of revelations signs are all completed and we are in the end time. But when I point out the complete failure of the negotiating , diplomacy on a global scale with Iran the other side just ignores it or changes the subject when it is the single most important issue of our time in the immediate future. A man that has vowed to wipe Israel off he map with a nuke should scare everyone that has a brain. If you are not scared of that scenario under the words of Ahmadinejad himself than check your pulse your dead.
Comment: Body of N.J. man found Sun, 13 Apr 2008 02:55:21 GMT Hey Mr. Compassion (RH)- Buy your drunken brother another drink for his last birthday? HOW INSENSITIVE ARE YOU?! You say brad is attacking your belief system, your attacking and insulting someone's son who has died way too young. I suggest you try to get your point across about the dangers of alcohol by not disrespecing a young person who has lost their life and try to have some sympathy for the family and friends.

| Archaic liquor laws also hurt convenience stores Fri, 11 Apr 2008 23:29:29 +0000 Re: “Focus should be on Sunday liquor sales, not grocers,” April 4 editorial.
